Our Story

Baking isn't just what we do —
it's who we are.

J&A Bakery opened its doors in 2009 on North Main Street in Layton with a simple conviction: that the best bread, pastries, and cakes come from real ingredients, unhurried processes, and hands that care.

Every sourdough loaf is built on a live starter. Every croissant is laminated by hand. Every celebration cake is decorated the way you asked — no shortcuts, no substitutes. We've built this bakery the old-fashioned way: one loyal customer at a time.
